BHEL Q4 net profit up 41.72% at Rs 1,909 cr

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has announced its fourth quarter results of FY10. It has reported net profit of Rs 1,909 crore as against Rs 1,347 crore, a growth of 41.72% (YoY).

Net sales rose 28.64% to Rs 13,559 crore from Rs 10,540 crore (YoY).

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 76.58 per share till the December quarter results of 2009. The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 29.86. The latest book value of the company is Rs 264.32 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 8.65. The dividend yield of the company was 0.74%.

The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio stands at 29.90 on (NSE).
