Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has now announced with reference to the FY 10 results on May 25, 2010, that the proposed Meeting (May 25, 2010) of the Board of Directors, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2010, and to recommend Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2009-10, has been postponed and will now be held on May 26, 2010.
The stock was trading at Rs.2377, up by Rs.6.85 or 0.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2402 and low of Rs.2370.
The total traded quantity was 30502 compared to 2 week average of 68595.
