The sleuths of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today raided three premises of an Assistant Engineer employed with public sector Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd (BHEL) here and registered a case of amassing wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Ashok Kumar Chouhan's premises were raided after complaints were received regarding his involvement in the irregularities committed at the Alkapuri Housing Society managed by BHEL employees, CBI sources here said.
The raids were conducted at Chouhan's Saket Nagar residence, office in BHEL locality and one other place. The search operation is still underway.
