BHEL's health camp in Amjhara village benefits 450 villagers

BHEL, as a part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity, organized a medical awareness camp at Govt Primary School, Amjhara village recently. About 450 villagers, including students were examined during the camp. Many villagers were diagnosed with low blood count and skin diseases, and offered treatment. Free medicines were distributed. During the camp, nurses from Kasturba Nursing College also visited each household, educating villagers about the benefits of hygiene. The camp was held under the guidance of Dr D Barat and his team from Kasturba Hospital BHEL, Bhopal.
