Up gradation and modernization of BHEL

Mr Praful Patel minister for Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises said that up gradation and modernization of facilities is a continuous activity in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. For this purpose various old & ageing assets of the Company, on case to case basis, are inter alia replaced, reconditioned/retrofitted and updated to enhance their life, accuracy and productivity. Mr Patel said that BHEL will be spending INR 200 crore for this purpose during 2012-13.
