BHEL presents Udayan Shalini fellowships to 100 girls

The Udayan Shalini fellowships were presented to 100 girls with the assistance by BHEL, Haridwar by its executive director Virendra Pandhi on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion Pandhi said that encouraging female education is vital for making them self reliant and merging them with the mainstream. Each one of 100 girls will be supported for 5-6 years in partnership with BHEL in Haridwar, for their academic pursuits.
