Ensure timely delivery to withstand competition, says BHEL officials

On their maiden visit to BHEL, Bhopal, RP Goyal, director DHI & CVO, BHEL and R Krishnan, director HR, BHEL, were accorded a warm reception at each and every shop floor across various manufacturing shops/blocks of BHEL.They were greeted warmly by all sections of employees. During the visit, Goyal was informed by the P&D division of BHEL’s journey from 1956 till date, various product lines and highlighting milestone achievements of all products being manufactured in BHEL. On this occasion officials of Tamil Sangam, Aga Club, Supervisor Sangh, Supervisor Association, Junior Executive Association, WIPS greeted Krishnan and recalled memories associated with him. Goyal speaking on this occasion said that in order to withstand competition from national and international companies, we have to ensure on time delivery, reduce rejection, rework and immediate delivery of customer problems. We have to strengthen our presence in areas like solar & defence.
