Director HR, Sachdev: BHEL product holds a name in market

Director (HR) Anil Sachdev, Director (E, R&D) O.P.Bhutani and other officials of the Corporate Quality team today visited different major manufacturing blocks of the factory. The team held a brief discussion with the officials, workers of the concerned departments on diverse topics pertaining to production activities, process control quality and other essential parameters of production. M.K.Dube, Executive Director (BHEL, Bhopal), A.K.Dave, (GM-I, TCB) and other senior officials were also present on this occasion.
Sachdev speaking on the occasion said that BHEL product holds a name in the market for its extraordinary quality. We should not therefore make any type of comprises with the quality standards. The product of any company is the leading brand for its customer. The product quality imbibes the seed of trust in customer's mind. As a result of which BHEL has been able to bag orders from public as well as private companies. He also reminded the fact that the delivery schedule of the product is the only key for our sustenance.
Bhutani discussed with the officials and experts of the departments to strive to manufacture enhanced quality products. He said that the engineers of BHEL are experienced and committed. The responsibility of manufacturing, designing & developing products according to the customer's requirement also lies on our shoulder. He said that in line with the manufacturing activities, the need to keep track of the changing market trends is important. For the betterment of the company it is necessary to understand and deliver high-quality products according to the customer specification.
Dube speaking on the occasion made the gathering aware about different developmental and capacity augmentation activities undertaken towards meeting the timely delivery schedule. He said each and every employee of BHEL, Bhopal is committed towards making quality products, engineering enhancement, timely delivery, thereby maintaining the image of the company on the global pitch.
The directors after the briefing session inspected the production meter and expressed satisfaction on the progress.
