BHEL starts NTPC's 800-MW Koldam hydro power plant

BHELBSE -1.60 % today said it has commissioned NTPC's 800-MW Koldam hydro power project in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. "Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has successfully commissioned all the four units of NTPC's 4x200 MW Koldam Hydro Electric Project (HEP) in Himachal Pradesh," BHEL said in a statement.
