Induction programme for engineer trainees begins at BHEL

Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) of BHEL, Bhopal, has organized a month-long common induction learning programme for newly recruited engineer trainees of Bhopal, power sector, Haridwar and Jagdishpur. Around 44 participants from different units are participating in the 28-day training programme that started on Saturday. Girish Shrivastava, general manager, HR was the chief guest for the inaugural ceremony. Speaking on the occasion, he shared his experiences laying stress on the infrastructure available in the organization to gain knowledge. Shammi Sukh, AGM-power sector, HRDI, I Soreng, senior DGM, HRDC, Sahib Singh, DGM, HRDC and other officials of the HRDC were also present. Earlier, Soreng welcomed the guest and the participants.
