BHEL announces ENM scheme for retired employees

The Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) on Wednesday announced Emergency Needs Mitigation (ENM) Scheme for 2015-16. According to a release, the scheme, applicable to employees who retired from the company prior to January 1, 2007, covers all the retired employees, at board level and below board level and those who are not covered under the BHEL Employees’ Pension Scheme. This is applicable to only those who were/are on the rolls of the company as on January 1, 2007 and onwards. For the financial year 2015-16, towards Common Emergency Needs listed under the scheme, a uniform financial support limited to Rs. 10,000 per beneficiary per annum has been approved. Eligible can apply for the BHEL ENM Scheme for 2015-16 at Manjeera Hall, HRDC, BHEL, R.C.
