but supervisor not get very benifited due to bad pay revision. Majesty assure them that conflict is in s0 grade but not taken any decision . I am a supervoiser and I am totally out of mind due to bad revision and same is happening with my couligue. How they will survoive with this un justified basic why he never thinks. We made alot of prayers for him to become our new cmd except executives becouse they were with sachdev for favoring him . That's not good thing sachdev istoo a nice person but moral thing is company. Is it a good that all is being happy except s o then what we do please tell him to do some thing either we will collapse our working I work hard but after this circular of pay revision I don't wana work and offcourse why I do
Be happy dear don't fear we are supervoisers not a donkey we had planed every thing if the company will not favour for us than why we . Max job we are failing now and within few months system will be fail all are now corrupted no one think for national pride and image. Money is god for him now. We are started for bad and hope that same like balco will happen we are working class but they r not. If they can be blind then why we cannot try. I was working before this circular but now a day I just try to confuse these all bosses finally they tell me to delay and that's not good for any company so how it will be good for Bhel. So have hope to change will we are educated supervoiser not promoted if we can forget for company to our family then for cruil management we can forget to importance of system also.we must promise that in any case we can compromised but in case of money we can't . We must say that SAMAM HUM TO DU BE GE MAGAR TUMHE LE DUBEGE
