BHEL modernises thermal unit in Bihar

The Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has successfully renovated and modernised a 110 MW thermal power unit at Barauni Thermal Power Station in Bihar and thereby extended its life by 15-20 years. BHEL’s after-sales-service business has synchronised the 110 MW Unit-7 at Barauni Thermal Power Station (TPS). The unit was originally commissioned in May, 1985.
